This was a great little boutique hotel that was immaculate in almost every respect. The location was extraordinary. Shortcomings would include a parking garage with unbelievably small spots and a breakfast that reflected the problems of dealing with a small number of clients. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Room was good size for longer stay, most of the staff were friendly. No information in the room re services provided, including ie room service, breakfast . Very quite room which was requested. Location was excellent to the Promonade. This hotel could be 5 stars 🌟 with a bit of additional effort & adding some extras in the room and as location is fabulous and so is the building.
