Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé le mois complet dans cette location bien aménagée avec lave vaisselle, micro-ondes et lave-linge, agréable à vivre avec une terrasse bien ombragée où nous prenions tous nos repas. La terrasse est un plus quand il fait chaud. Dans cette maison il y a également de la place pour ranger le matériel de Kite surf. La plage est proche ainsi que le spot de Kite surf. A noter que Martine et Philippe les loueurs sont très agréables et disponibles. En résumé nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et retournerons dans cette location.

Maison bien située

Nous avons passé un joli séjour à la Franqui, la maison est située dans un environnement calme à deux pas de la mer et des plages plus belles les unes que les autres. Martine est une hôte très sympathique.

Excellent séjour

Bien située dans un endroit calme. Le patio très agréable. Un point négatif, l'escalier qui monte à la chambre à coucher est raide et il peut être un handicap pour des personnes d’un certain âge.

Très bon sejour

La maison est très bien située à proximité des plages et des activités. Tout peut se faire à vélo ou à pied. La maison est pratique et la terrasse ombragée est un vrai plus qui nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas dehors : top en été ! La propriétaire est très agréable et disponible. Ce séjour fut un plaisir pour toute la famille y compris pour les enfants.

Belle découverte

Entre Mer et Corbieres

Appartement très agréable avec une superbe terrasse ombragée. Nous avons passé une belle semaine entre plage et Corbieres. Un peu déçus par les restaurants mais nous avons adoré les dégustations d’huîtres de Leucate.

Découverte agréable.

Madame Deroo la propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillante, et fait une excellente confiture de figues :} La maisonnette est parfaite, bien équipée et fonctionnelle, située dans un lotissement très tranquille, la terrasse est très agréable. Pour le reste , La Franqui et les environs valent vraiment le détour.

Agréable séjour à La Franqui

La Franqui est un endroit agréable et sauvage, loin de la cohue des grandes stations balnéaires. L'étang et la mer sont à une quinzaine de minutes à pieds. La villa dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin, elle est bien disposée avec une terrasse ombragée à l'abris des regards et des bains de soleil. La machine à laver, le lave vaisselle, le barbecue et la possibilité de manger sur la terrasse sont des gros plus ! Martine et son mari sont très gentils, nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit, cette location et ces propriétaires. La terrasse ombragée a été d'un grand secours cet été. Le quartier est très calme. La location est spacieuse. La relation avec la propriétaire est très agréable, grande disponibilité de cette dernière. Location à recommander

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à La Franqui. Le contact avec les propriétaires, concernant l arrivée, s est très bien passé : ils étaient très flexibles au sujet de l horaire. Nous avons également été chaleureusement accueillis par la propriétaire. La maison est très bien équipée. Le petit jardin ombragé est super ! Des vacances parfaites !

Séjour avec nos petits-enfants

Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire et confiance réciproque immédiate. La maison est très bien équipée, le petit jardin ombragé est très agréable. Elle est très bien située pour des sorties à vélo. Nos petits-enfants ont été enchantés de leur séjour et nous aussi.

Bien situé pour rayonner autour de Leucate

La Franqui est un petit coin très sympa et tranquille, belle plage et petits restos. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Propriétaires très sympathiques et gentils avec les enfants. Bon à savoir, la troisième chambre est une petite maison juste à côté du logement principal, si vous comptez y mettre des enfants ils doivent être suffisamment autonomes pour ouvrir et fermer à clé eux-mêmes.

Comme à la maison

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. Martine nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. La villa est parfaite pour les vacances en couple et entre amis, on s'y sent bien, et ol y a tout ce qu'il faut. Pour les praticants de kitesurf, il y a pas mal l'espace pour disposer le matériel, et c'est tout près du spot des Coussoules. Nous avons hâte de revenir à la Franqui :)

Tres bon séjour dans la maison de Martine, parfaite et très bien aménagée ! La mer et l'étang à 2 pas!!!! On reviendra !! La Franqui est une chouette destination familiale, au calme et à la nature préservée. Le top pour un dépaysement !

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans la maison de Martine et Philippe. Le logement est fonctionnel et nous avons apprécié la terrasse ombragée.
