The first double bedroom is furnished with 2 beds, benefits from its own shower and WC, and opens onto a balcony with the same south-facing and west-facing exposure. The second double bedroom also features 2 beds and enjoys direct balcony access with identical south-facing and west-facing positioning. The third double bedroom is appointed with 2 beds and includes a private shower and WC, likewise opening to a balcony with south-facing and west-facing views. The fourth double bedroom offers a double bed and a private shower and WC. The apartment also includes an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, and 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, complemented by a bar area.
