The second double bedroom is also equipped with 2 beds and enjoys the same dual-aspect balcony access. The third double bedroom features 2 beds and includes a private shower and WC, along with balcony access facing south and west. The fourth double bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed and a private shower and WC. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, and 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and is complemented by a bar area.
