"The hotel is super old the walls in the hall are brick and it’s very dark. The room was on the second floor with a balcony we didn’t go out it was really dirty. They must have recently renovated the bathroom it had a nice new walk in shower and was very clean however it is raised about 4 inches above the original floor and we kept tripping when walking in and out of the bathroom. "Great amenities (sauna, hot tub) and great location. Parking is hard to come by (hotel has a very small lot) but parking at centraal station across the street was near by."

"No small breakfast option so €22 was excessive for a bowl of cereal, a coffee and an OJ. No other options in the area. The room was OK apart from the pile of pubes in the corner next to the loo. The banging from below, and as we were on the 1st floor, it wasn't another guest, was the worst bit, this went on til midnight and no staff could explain what it was or why. Wasn't worth the money, I expected better."

"The high point is the staff, very helpful and courteous. Also, a complimentary drink which was very refreshing due to the extreme heat. Room 35 was a sauna! There was no fan but luckily after contacting the front desk late that evening they were able to resolve the issue. Then when we came to take a shower to cool down, around 10 pm, there was no cold water in the shower. Only 2 temperatures, hot and boiling hot. We did not contact the front desk since it was late in the evening and we were leaving at 7 am."

We walked there easily from the train station but taking a taxi probably would have been more prudent. The hotel was extremely well located for one night stay as it is about 5 minutes from our river cruise dock location."

"Great hotel, super comfy beds, cleaned every day. Just felt a little pushed out due to being English whilst trying to get a drink at the bar, the locals like to push in and you get ignored. Apart from that, would definitely recommend and will go again. Thank you. "
