"The location was perfect for my needs. But the two rooms I’ve stayed in over three visits were poorly kept up. Holes in the wall and torn up furniture. Hot water heater did not work or did not work properly. The place outside the room was filthy with trash all over the property. The one staff was great but he had virtually no help. On the bright side the breakfast was delivered to my room and was excellent!"

"Stayed here for a business trip with a total of 4 nights. The check in was quick, received a room upgrade, the food is good and the room condition is excellent. I pretty much enjoy the location and the atsmophere in the hotel. Highly recommended. "

"Not a five-star place, this hotel's seen better days. It might've been fancy back in the early 2000s, but it's seriously screaming for a makeover. The whole design is outdated and blah. The carpet was grimy, the sofa was disgusting, and worst of all, no coffee maker or iron – and they said they were out when I asked! Unacceptable for a supposed five-star hotel, I'm not going back.n."
