"We had an amazing stay here, the receptionist are so informative and helpful especially to Matilda. The breakfast are great, plenty to choose. The room is clean and beds are comfortable, they clean and replace our towels every stay. We even had free bottled waters and are replaced everyday. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable. The true star, though, was our canal view—waking up to gondolas gliding by was pure enchantment. Mornings were made extra special with the excellent breakfast buffet—so many delicious choices, the perfect way to kick off a day of Venetian adventures.
