"Did not use air conditioning or the bar"

"The vending machines look really nice, but they don’t work. They charged my card 8x. I called the hotel to figure out what happened. The first gentleman dismissed it, and said it wasn’t a big deal. They’ll just “fall off”. I waited a week, and they didn’t. I called back again and talked to the GM. She kept interrupting me while I was speaking. She seemed so bothered that I called about something so minuscule. I will have to wait weeks for them to do anything. The stay itself was okay. The pool was broken. The lady at check in was the only staff member that was welcoming and kind. "

"Check in was fairly easy. Room was clean. Building is old, but has an elevator. Breakfast was sparse. Not much left one half hour before closing. Cold scraps of egg, no meat, cold greasy potatoes. "

"Parking is behind the motel, in a small lot that seems to attract teenage kids. There was a great deal of shouting around midnight, some engine-revving, and mayhem in general. The pool was pretty rowdy too. The walls in this motel are thin, so we could hear other voices. The room was clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable. Pillows are small and square, and consequently they're hard to maneuver for comfort. The staff was friendly and helpful. "

"We had a issue with a hotel in St. Louis, so we drove to Quincy and arrived at midnight, the front desk person was awesome. I mistakenly made the reservation in Quincy for 2/27 because we were in a hurry leaving St. Louis but your staff changed it for us to 2/20. Your hotel was beautiful, everything was fresh and clean far more than we expected. "
