"We always choose to stay here when we’re in the Vancouver area. The accommodations are amazing, a hidden gem tucked behind all the hustle and bustle. The reason for my 3 star staff review is that when we left at 6:30am, the front desk person was far from hospitable and helpful. It was disappointing, but won’t keep us from coming back!"

"They gave us a different room then what we had reserved. Did not have hot water in the bathroom or kitchen sink. The hallway smelt like wet dog or dirty gym socks. We reserved a kitchenette but the the burners didn't work, so we ended up eating both nights we were there. The staff on the first day was not very friendly at all."
