We arrived extremely late (after 1 am) and upon arrival, we were told that there were NO MORE KEY CARDS. At all. The poor woman at the desk (who was extremely pleasant), had to take us to our room herself. Now, we have a 2 year old, who obviously can't be left in the room by himself, so my husband brings in our luggage by himself. I booked this particular hotel because the site said that there was an elevator. The building we stayed in had no elevator, no luggage racks, no key card for my husband to let himself back in. So, I had to block our door open with the safety lock to go downstairs holding my overtired 2 year old to let my husband back in. He ended up blocking the outside door open with a piece of luggage so he could get back in. Overall, it left an extremely sour taste in our mouths. We were booked to stay here for our return trip, but, we don't want to potentially go through that again, so we canceled and will be going to a different hotel on the way back. Overall, it was a nice hotel, but they need to get the key card situation fixed asap, as it caused MAJOR security concerns for us, and overworking of the desk staff.
