Perfect for Keeneland and Beyond

Fantastic trip!
We had the best time at this property. It is very well set-up for a group of adult friends and would also be perfect for a family trip. The house is beautifully decorated and all the amenities provided were great. Location was great too! Centered between all the fun things, close to downtown, easy drive to the trail and convenient to UK.

Wonderful graduation weekend!
We could not have been happier with our stay at this property. We were there celebrating our son's graduation from University of Kentucky. It was an easy drive into the university for graduation. We enjoyed our time at the house sitting around the fire pit. It was also close to grocery shopping and a good pizza place. The house was comfortable, well decorated and equipped. We don't have another graduate but would definitely stay here again to attend Keeneland or a university event.

Another Wonderful Stay!
Can’t say enough good things about this property! We returned for a second year after our wonderful experience in 2021. Jeannette is a pleasure to deal with and her special touches are certainly appreciated. Property is spacious, luxurious and comfortable. You can’t go wrong with the convenience of the location. Looking forward to another stay next year.

Well Located and Super Comfortable
Our family of four had the whole upstairs while we took the K suite downstairs, we enjoyed the space and the equine decor. We were greeted with flowers, cookies, wine and breakfast food ...very generous. Other than Red River, no place we went was more than 30 minutes away. It was fun to walk the 2 blocks to hear music at the Moon Dance outdoor stage. Other highlights were Red State BBQ, Shaker Village, morning horse workout at Keeneland, and Ashland.

Amazing place
This was a wonderful property. My family stayed here for my sons graduation. It was decorated beautifully,so clean and comfortable. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly even leaving flowers, cookies and breakfast items for us upon arrival. It truly was one of the best places we have stayed. Thank you

The property is very well appointed. There were 6 of us and we had plenty room. The beds are comfortable and everyone slept well. We will definitely consider the Beaumont home for future trips to Lexington.

Wonderful townhouse - Excellent location
Beautifully decorated home with plenty of room to spread out. It is an excellent location for restaurants, grocery store and Kentucky Horse Park. Jeanette’s thoughtful touches of cookies, flowers and breakfast items were so helpful. The kitchen is well equipped to prep and prepare meals. Can’t say enough good things about this amazing VRBO - looking forward to booking for next year!

We didn’t want to leave...
Words cannot describe how beautiful the place is. Owner did an amazing job decorating. We found beautiful flowers and cookies upon arrival, that was a great personal touch. Half of my crew works in Hospitality for a long time and we know how important that is. The house has everything you need. We enjoyed our evenings by the fire pit as well and enjoyed grilling the food. Everything was just PERFECT, we didn’t want to leave. Jeannette was awesome in communication, so easy, seems like I know her for a long time! Totally recommend this house to everyone who wants a real Lexington experience. We’ll be back!

Great place and location
Outstanding property, better than we expected. We went to various location in Lexington and this place was the perfect location. We had 3 couples and all had plenty of room and everything we needed. If you're a horse racing fan, you'll love with place and the decor. Jeannette was fantastic to deal with and we're already planning our next stay at this location. You won't be dissappointed!

Wonderful Thanksgiving in Kentucky
This property could not have been more perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend. The house was beautiful, and very comfortable for five adults and two small children. We would definitely stay here again!

Yet another 5 STAR review!
Gotta say - it was perfect right down to fresh flowers and fresh cookies! This was a family gathering for my husband's 70th birthday. Our 3 sons wanted to experience Kentucky bourbon with their dad. So while it was an adult trip we had a little 18 month old that was delighted with the toys and books that occupied his time when we were at the townhouse. Perfectly located and close to the airport, groceries and restaurants - and of course the distilleries. Jeannette was very attentive and checked on us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. And did I mention how quiet the townhouse was? We had a great time putting together an intricate puzzle and playing board games in the evening. Thank you so much for all your attention to the details.

This house is very well set-up, classy and convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it made our life so much easier, being close to stores, the airport and Keeneland., yet we we had complete privacy. Having the opportunity to entertain without going out was a real plus ! We hope to stay here again on future trips to Lexington.

Fabulous property!!
We had 8 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. Beds were very comfortable and the downstairs bathroom shower was amazing. Great open floor plan in the downstairs with the kitchen and living room flowing together to let us all spend time together. Outdoor fire pit was great for the entire group to relax on a chilly evening and spend time around. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again! Great location, close to race track and grocery store across the street as well.

Beautiful property conveniently located
We loved our stay at Homestretch! It was a gathering of extended family for the holidays. I live locally but was unable to host everyone at my home, so this house provided a beautiful location for opening presents, eating meals and making memories. The house is beautifully decorated but still feels homey. We were amazed at how much room there is... It seemed amazing to fit 4 spacious bedrooms with sizable closets in a townhouse! We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and were able to cook for 7 adults and 4 children for meals, as well as enjoying take-out from restaurants close by. Having the grocery store right across the street was very convenient. The weather was frigid so we enjoyed having the fireplace to set the Christmas mood. Working with Jeannette, who manages the property, was wonderful. She was accessible when we had questions and left some cookies and drinks as a welcome. I would highly recommend this location for families, business gatherings, or adult getaways. The location is great for UK events, Keeneland races, horse sales or anything else that brings you to Lexington!

Nicest rental I have ever stayed in
This place was absolutely perfect for our group. The house was immaculate and I am a person who likes things to be really clean. The decor was so lovely and the location was super convenient to everything. I feel like people often say that a rental was well stocked, but this place had literally everything you could possibly want-- even toys. The firepit was fun, the yard was wonderful. You can walk to the grocery and restaurants. I just can't say enough. I hope we get to come back one day. Loved it!!

"Homestretch" is impeccable! Very impressive home with every attention to detail.
We truly enjoyed our time in Lexington and our experience in the condo only added to the warm feeling. The home is so inviting and decorated so beautifully. Every bedroom had their own bathroom. The linens are top notch. The property managers are amazing; extremely communicative and very responsive. We loved our stay in this lovely home and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Lexington.

An excellent home away from home
We could not have asked for more. This corner town home is in excellent condition and well equipped. The management team was incredibly helpful. The decor is exceptionally well done - while also family friendly. The open kitchen, dining room and living room worked very well for our party of six adults and four children including two toddlers. It has our highest recommendation.

This is a beautiful home in a great location! The owners thought of everything in this home. It was very clean and had wonderful towels, blankets, comfortable beds etc. The property manager was delightful and accommodating!
