"The room smelled like chemicals, they were not that clean, the bed is extremely uncomfortable and hard, the pillows were great though. The breakfast was also decent. It’s a safe place to stay if you’re looking for something cheap. "

"Great manager, Lorry at front desk were exceptional. Most of the staff could benefit from a customer service skills seminar. Cleaning service mediocre, when we returned to the room the body wash and shampoo bottles were practically empty. I accidentally spilled coffee on the bed and asked if it could be changed and was told that it could only be changed after I checked out. Also, not very helpful with the exception of Valeria and the African American tall young man which name I can recall at this moment. Unfortunately I rated it 3 stars because of my experiences above. "

"I did get woken up at 7:30 in the morning and our checkout time was at 11:00 to ask if we're checking out. Then again the door knock 30 minutes after asking about door keys. Really upset my wife on our anniversary. Comfortable beds though. I'm very close to many places. "
