The complementary breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our overall experience was very positive. Thanks."

"They advertised that it was newly renovated and had great amenities. I checked in at 3:30 and did not go to my final room until 8pm. Two of the rooms the door would not lock. Every room was filthy. Mold in the icecubes. Hundreds of dead bugs around patio light. 3 nights in a row the water was shut off all night. So loud with the construction. No phone in the room. Staff at front desk extremely rude. The filth on a can opener. And no amenities. Pool was closed. I feel like sending the pictures that I took to the health department and local news."

"While the property was clean, it was outdated. The stove burners were uneven and didn't heat well after several adjustments. The dishwasher was outdated. The door had to be held down while loading. There was no pantry area to store food. The sofa was very uncomfortable and we had to put pillows under the cushions to make it a little comfortable. The shower was small and the toilet leaked. Using the code to enter and exit the apartment every time was time-consuming for us very senior citizens. We also had trouble with the Roku box in the living room. Had to keep resetting. Finally gave up and watched TV in the bedroom. Staff was very nice and responded to our needs. The pond outside the back patio was nice; however, we will not stay here again as it wasn't accommodating to our ages."
