We appreciated how responsive the property manager was, and the thoughtful touches like gates at the top of the deck stairs and bottom of the living room stairs. We also appreciated the nearby groceries and restaurants. "

"The property was unfit for habitation and in clear violation of basic health and safety expectations.Upon arrival, we immediately observed:•Dirty, stained walls and baseboards•A leaking toilet•Roaches in the bathtub and crawling on the ceiling above the top bunk bed•Severely stained carpet on the stairs•A broken door knob•A filthy, stained couchThese conditions made the rental entirely unlivable.
