Cosy but modern,, the cottage is open plan downstairs, with kitchen area, a large dining table, sofa, chairs and electric stove along with a smart TV, high speed broadband and an amazon echo . The open plan nature creates a good living space.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms , one with two single beds and the main bedroom with a king size bed. The bath room upstairs is fitted with a modern walk in shower, toilet and wash basin.
There is central heating throughout plus the gorgeous wood burning stove for a relaxing quiet night in.
Outside there is an enclosed rear seating area with furniture. (stored in the outhouse). There is a bench at the front of the property looking towards Bolton Castle. Warm outside tap (for washing your 4 legged family members in comfort)
