In the district of Centre Thermal, in the resort 800 m from the centre of Ovronnaz, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Grocery 800 m, restaurant, bus stop 50 m, thermal baths 80 m. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, skisport facilities 1.7 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school, children's ski school 800 m, cross country ski track 2 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. Ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked.

Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), open-hearth fireplace, dining table, cable TV, CD-player and hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Gallery with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm) with bath/WC. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Balcony 13 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 33, height 215 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Très bonne qualité prix

Passé un magnifique séjour dans ce bel appartement chaleureux, avec cheminée, très bien équipé surtout la cuisine, bonne literie, bar sympa pour l'apéro, wifi, tout pour se sentir bien. La mezzanine est faite pour les enfants, car le plafond est bas.

Très bien situé. En face des bains et de l arrêt de bus pour les pistes. Appartement super équipé. Grand balon. Petit bémol, pas de séparation avec la mézzanine et 3éme étage sans ascenseur.

Herzige Wohnung in Ovronnaz

Gepflegte im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses, 4. Stock ohne Lift. Der dazugehörige Tiefgaragenplatz ist definitiv ein Plus, allerdings kann die steile Zufahrt zur Herausforderung werden. Das zweite Bett befindet sich direkt über dem Elternzimmer in der Galerie. Für Erwachsene aufgrund der Raumhöhe nur bedingt zu empfehlen, für Kids kein Problem. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat alles, was es braucht und mehr. Das Bad von Ovronnaz ist direkt gegenüber der Strasse.

Appartement agréable et ensoleillé. Manque ascenseur, 5 niveaux depuis le garage souterrain. A préciser galerie au-dessus et attenante à la chambre à coucher.
