"First impressions can be deceiving — this hotel is truly a hidden gem. The Chamberlain has classic old Hollywood charm and an unbeatable location: walkable to spots like the Rainbow Room, Trader Joe’s, and Gracias Madre, with a quick Uber ride to just about anywhere else in West Hollywood. We stayed in a studio suite with a fireplace and balcony, and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Best of all, it was super quiet, which is very important to us — a rare find in this area. We loved the bar, which doubles as a coffee service in the mornings, and the rooftop pool was perfect for both sunrise and sunset. The staff was warm and welcoming, greeting us at check-in with their signature champagne cocktail, which immediately set the tone for the stay. Charming, comfortable, and thoughtfully run — we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Cannot find a better location to visit the theatres. Close by parking and restaurants, as well. 15 min to Burbank airport, and in-hotel Avis rental is a plus. After a day at the universal studios which is 15min away, it is like heaven to dive in the constant temperature pool for a relax swim. Friendly front desk and service helping us set up in-room hot water boiler as well. Will definitely come back again."

"We came into town for the Rose Bowl. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice, but a little quirky. I love having a seating area in a room, and our room also had a very small kitchenette. The bathroom was through the sleeping area so it wasn’t ideal for guests, but a minor quirk. Location is fantastic and valet parking wass pretty convenient. However, parking for guests is difficult in the neighborhood an expensive at the hotel. We didn’t get to experience the rooftop amenities because of rain, but overall really loved the hotel and would definitely stay there again. "

"This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at for my regular staycations. The rooftop is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself and definitely a place where you can feel comfortable talking with other guests. My only annoyance was the $50 corkage fee for opening and drinking the wine that came in my room, on the rooftop. I’ll definitely be checking in a few more times this year though :) Highly Recomend."
