"Everything about this place was perfect! The location was amazing and close walking distance to downtown and City Beach Park. We loved sitting on the outside deck with our coffee (and cocktail in the evening!) and watching the boat activitiy. The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything, and the whole condo was spacious, light and beautiful. Would HIGHLY recommend!"

"This condo was perfect for our family of 10. Ample space to spread out. I would have given it a perfect review except I had no idea that the train tracks were so close. Not really a big deal, except that the trains run all day and night. Not the most peaceful setting. However, proximity to the town was great and the host is wonderful.."

"We had such a nice weekend stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet environment. The pool was incredibly clean and well maintained, and there was plenty for the kids to enjoy. My teen loved riding his bike around town, while my daughter and I had fun playing in the sand and riding bikes at the beach. It was a relaxing, family-friendly getaway and a great place to spend the weekend together!"

"Staying at the Robin's Nest was one of our best VRBO experiences yet! The house was immaculate, and the attention to detail was amazing. Not to mention the incredible gift baskets waiting for us in the kitchen upon arrival. Robin was a great communicator, too. Everything we wanted to enjoy was within walking distance from the house, and the neighborhood is clean and beautiful to walk around. The upstairs tenant was quiet as a mouse, also."

"Nice, good size, well appointed kitchen with nice, modern appliances. Nice large TV. No eating space other than the counter as the - too large for the space sectional. It is very difficult to get around with the large, square ottoman. It is not a fold-out that adds extra sleeping space however a couple of people probably could sleep on it as it is comfortable.The shower stall is very nice but not much counter space in the bathroom.The bed was very soft giving me hip and shoulder pain as I am old. I was afraid of waking up hot in the middle of the night as I have with foam beds, but that didn't happen.There are two wall mounted heat/air units that kept the place comfortable even though it was near 90 outside. I did not care for the bedroom unit blowing down on me in bed.The unit is about 75 feet from the pool if you wanted to dodge sprinklers as they were watering the lawn about 3 in the afternoon.We had a partial view of the lake but it was pretty smoky so we didn't get around the grounds at all.You have to get out of the car to put the code in to open the gate. It would have been nice to have the building letter (prominently displayed) as well as the room number since there are like 9 buildings in the complex and we spent time finding the unit.The unit has an electronic lock and we were given a four digit code but that wasn't quite all you needed and took some guessing.Overall we found it nice, comfortable & good location"
