"The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff was all very courteous.There was no elevator or luggage trolley. This made if very hard for old people to get things from car to room and back again. Had I known this in advance I would not have booked this hotel."

"We absolutely loved our stay in beautiful Sandpoint! Our family rented the house for the month of July to escape the heat back home and enjoy the lake, scenery, and all that North Idaho has to offer.James was a fantastic host and provided helpful information about the home's amenities before our arrival, which made packing for a month-long stay much easier. We have a baby and a toddler, so having a pack-and-play, high chair, games, etc available was a huge bonus.We do a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with a wide variety of pots, pans, utensils, and everything else we needed. We were initially unsure about having just one full bathroom, but it was very spacious and offered plenty of storage for everyone's toiletries, which made it work surprisingly well for our family.The bedrooms were all generously sized, and despite warmer-than-average temperatures in July, the house remained very comfortable throughout our stay. The dedicated office space was another great feature, providing a quiet place to work and even including a monitor for easy laptop setup.The two bikes were a nice touch as well. We used them several times for quick trips into town and really appreciated having them available.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return on future visits to Sandpoint. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly home base in North Idaho."

"This was an absolutely perfect property for what we wanted. It is clean, well stocked, and we loved the layout of the cottage and the hot tub. We brought our boat and the long driveway was perfect for parking the trailer. It is 5 minutes to downtown Sandpoint. We will stay here again!"

"We had a great time staying at this VRBO. Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. We mainly picked this place because of the convenience of the boat slip and it didn’t disappoint! Excellent access to the lake and perfectly calm waters to dock the boat. The condo is a bit older but it was well stocked, nicely kept, comfortable beds, AC worked great and suited our needs perfectly. Excellent communication from the owner as well. Highly recommend"
