"Clean spacious room, driving up the mountain to get there at night (was also really foggy) was a little precarious. We arrived late evening so the restaurant was no longer open and there is no place close by to get snacks or anything. Had drinks in the bar area which were really good but having a pizza oven or something to heat up or make some appetizers would have really made it better. Staff were very friendly"

"Excellent location but the communication from the hotel wasn’t good. I messaged the hotel the morning of my arrival after not receiving a key code (the place is unmanned). I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. Then I had to make a very expensive phone call to the people that run the property and was told “oh you should never book with Expedia as we can’t contact you there.” Not very helpful. "Der Wellness Bereich war sehr schön.Das Wasser im Pool hätte etwas wärmer sein können. Die Sauna war sehr gut. Nur die Liegen im Ruheraum waren zu hart und zu niedrig. Wir konnten sie daher nicht nutzen. Das Personal war, besonders in der Rezeption, sehr freundlich und behilflich. Uns hat es im Hotel sehr gut gefallen und wir werden wieder kommen."
