"The hotel is exceptionally beautiful, and the staff is highly commendable. We thoroughly enjoyed having Luca as our concierge. He demonstrated remarkable helpfulness, patience, and attentiveness. It is worth mentioning that we provided gratuity to our staff throughout our stay. Borga added a gratuity to our bill, which we were able to decline, but it was still included."

"We had a very nice and smooth experience. We arrived late at night, and the host sent us very clear check-in instructions via WhatsApp. We also checked out very early in the morning, so we never had the chance to meet the host, but everything went seamlessly. The place was cozy, clean, and in a great central location, although having a car is recommended. It was also equipped with the basic essentials needed to prepare your own meals. We made breakfast, and coffee, sugar, and tea were thoughtfully provided."

"Lovely and helpful staff, pretty property. Breakfast was good. Our room had a balcony and was a suite. Old world charm! If you require a second bed, the hideabed is not comfortable for an adult but perhaps acceptable for young children. Right off the highway so it was great as a midpoint to all other towns in Puglia."
