"This is a pleasant option in the chaos of central Hanoi - more affordable if you go for third party discounts etc a stroll around the lake boundaries reveals lovely coffee shops and local life. Spacious rooms gym restaurant and pool plus a golfing facility for those inclined. Staff were very helpful and the laundry service was super quick. Lake view room is the best option for tranquility."

"On arrival the reception staff discussed local things to do and places to eat over a welcome drink and snack. Meanwhile another member of staff had been to switch on the aircon in our room. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The breakfast buffet varies most days, which makes a lovely change. It was a 15 minute walk to the night market, but you should download Grab (similar to Uber), which was very reasonable, if you wish to visit places any further."

"This was by far the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in. I went to Hanoi for a wedding and I’m from the US. I was only able to get breakfast a couple of times because of my schedule and it was the only meal that I had that tasted like home. The staff was EXCELLENT and extremely friendly. The grounds are well kept and all in all it was a very pleasant stay. My room was also a 10/10!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hanoi!"
