Brand new and bright lake front apartment.
Our apartment, located in a recently renovated residential complex, directly overlooks a public beach.
It is easily accessible by car and public transport (the train station is 500m away). Includes a free parking space reserved for guests of the apartment.
The grocery stores are located about 800 meters from the apartment, which is fully equipped: the kitchen is complete with all appliances and a washing machine is also available.
All bathroom and bed linen is supplied by us and will be changed every 7 days (or on request). There is also a courtesy set.
It is equipped with Wi-Fi line and Smart TV with access to the main streaming platforms (Youtube, Netflix etc.).
It is in the ideal position to enjoy our beautiful lake and is an excellent starting point for panoramic mountain excursions to the Grigne.
The pier is located in the immediate vicinity.
