    Sleeping up to five guests, the cottage combines traditional character with modern comfort, featuring exposed beams, whitewashed walls and a charming stone fireplace with wood-burning stove.

    The open-plan living space flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, while outside guests can relax in the private garden complete with patio and BBQ.

    Perfectly positioned just minutes from the A30, Leat Cottage provides easy access to Dartmoor National Park, the Tamar Valley and both the North Devon and Cornish coasts.
