The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 2012 and is furnished in a modern style. Also due to its quiet location the domicile is popular. Available for use: lift. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026 the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are excluded. ++ PETS:: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Please indicate the size of your dog when booking++

Lignano, district Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The residence is located next to the center in an elegant residential building. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 800 m). There is a numbered car park either below the house or approx. 800 m away. The car park is not suitable for SUVs and minibuses.

Perfekte Lage, gleich am Strand ...

Perfekte Lage, gleich am Strand und der Einkaufsstraße, trotzdem ruhig. Geräumiges Appartement, schönes Bad, sehr sauber. Fliegengitter bei den Fenstern, Rollläden. Unser Rolladen ging kaputt und wir hatten einen Stromausfall. Es wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert, der Hausmeister war sehr nett und es sofort repariert.
