"The room was very used and unmaintained. The beds were broken down and leaning towards the edge. There were cracks in the walls that were poorly repaired. The wall was crumbling around the windows. The lights kept flickering in the bathroom. The tub was pealing and when taking a shower it did not drain; the water filled to the top of the tub. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was half falling apart and ready to break off. The beds were very broken down and leaning towards the edge; I think if we would have stayed the night we could have rolled out of the bed. We checked out after two hours of being there. The hallways were very dark and narrow and the elevators were very slow. Overall the property is very unmaintained and beaten down. I felt like I was at a cheap motel. Way over priced for what it really is. I think the valet parking is a way to fool guests into thinking it's a luxurious hotel but once you get to your room you find out it's basically a run down motel."

"This was a wonderful and unique property (former convent). The bartender was a treat as were the names of the drinks. Rooms were comfortable, but it was a rather warm. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but manageable."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the New Victorian Mansion Bed & Breakfast in St. Paul, and I can't recommend it highly enough! "Beautiful apartment in a beautiful house. The surrounding area is great for walking with lots of interesting historic homes in the area and on Summit Ave. Lots of places to eat just down the street. We found it a great place to relax in between a very busy schedule of family events. I would definitely return. Host's communication was also great; anytime I reached out she was quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!"
