Esta totalmente equipado y de estreno. El apartamento cuenta con un dormitorio con una cama (Queen) de dos plazas y media para dos personas , un baño, comedor, una sala con un sofá-cama (twin) plegable de plaza y media para una persona. Lavadora/secadora de última generación dentro del apartamento, cocina totalmente equipada y terraza con vista a la moderna zona de Lima.
