El apartamento de nueva construcción está ubicado en un lugar estratégico en plena Av. San Felipe y cerca del Real Plaza Mall de Salaverry, Universidad del Pacifico, hospitales y clínicas,. Esta totalmente equipado y de estreno. El apartamento cuenta con un dormitorio con una cama (Queen) de dos plazas y media para dos personas , un baño, comedor, una sala con un sofá-cama (twin) plegable de plaza y media para una persona. Lavadora/secadora de última generación dentro del apartamento, cocina totalmente equipada y terraza con vista a la moderna zona de Lima.
