They was no key or code, inside we had to wait 15 minutes in a cold, urine-smelling staircase to to let into an occupied apartment. Yes! That’s right, they double-booked the rental. Thankfully the occupants were gracious and let our younger daughter use the restroom. The manager made a weak attempt to suggest another property, but by that time, we’d found a hotel...
