"The property is lovely and the check in staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The soaking tub was amazing. The hot breakfast had lots of selections to choose from. The oceanfront view from our room was gorgeous. "

"This was first time at this hotel and I’d never go back. It felt like it needed a good deep clean and the walls were paper thin. If you’re stuck on the first floor you will hear every noise amplified. I always saw someone smoking weed or cigarettes. If you’re sensitive to smell, not the place for you. A party started at midnight in the room above me and staff seemed like I inconvenienced them by letting them know. Not to mention, no phones in the room, or a contact list. I had to walk in the middle of the night outside to the front office, which was locked, and unattended, in order to get a phone number to contact them, which they didn’t answer. Staff wasn’t apologetic or sincere about any of it. If anything they seem annoyed I disturbed their evening. Overall, my worst hotel experience. I wouldn’t recommend. It’s a great location and good price for a reason. "

"I was very disappointed the first thing I noticed was all the dark stains on the carpet that was not cleaned properly or maintained, Needs to be replace. The walls were patch painted all over the place and all the other spaces large empty spaces no pictures whatsoever.... A bunch of simple things that could be corrected and make this a wonderful place to stay if they just put a little more attention to the overall look and not just a quick fix for an issue."

"Could not check in until after 4:00pm and had some one kind on our door about 9:30pm wanting in. Called the front desk, took 3 calls for some one to answer and said maybe maintenance at the wrong door. Weird as we saw the two guys and asked what they wanted and they never answered. I asked the theee times but never opened the door. Kind of freaked my daughter and I out. "

"Excellent Views. Place needs some TLC but also read that there is plans to demo and rebuild so that's totally understandable. Clean rooms and comfy beds for as busy as it was it was sound proofed well. Attached restaurant is closed permanently but that's also understandable if demo is coming. Would stay again."

"There was no kitcjen but the microwave and fridge were clean. Parking was plentiful and yje parking lot was well-lit. Stafg was super friendly"

"Very nice room. I look to sleep in a cool room so didn’t like that the gas fireplace didn’t turn off. Didn’t understand the tv and wished had more channels. "

"The breakfast menu is meager, they served canned sausage gravy and biscuits every day and scrambled eggs. There was some yogurt and fruit cups but the fruit cups weren’t there every day and there was no fresh fruit or pastries. The parking was convenient and safe and was free. The pool was broken 1/2 our stay but was running the second part, the pool room needs upgrading and has peeling paint on the walls, the sauna looks to be permanently broken. The pool towels were used quickly annd not replaced, so we didn’t have any to use. Our room was clean, but there was popcorn spilt on the stairs that was there for 4 days. Overall the place just seems like the owners are either struggling to make ends meet or are cheap when it comes to upgrades. The staff is nice and accommodating. "
