"The beach view was great and access to the beach wasn't to bad if you don't mind taking 132 steps down to the beach. The room was nice and spacious, the water pressure for the shower wasn't that good. Never got to use the pool or the hot tub due to being closed for maintenance. It was nice having a little kitchenette, no dishwasher though. It would have been nice to have a more suitable spatula like a plastic or silicone spatula for cooking instead of a metal one to use on the Teflon coated pans. The room(s) could of been cleaned a little bit better. There was dirt behind the doors and along the baseboards. The windows on the inside were smudgy and window sills where a little dirty too. Other than that it was very nice stay."

"Our family of 5 stayed in the one bedroom suite. It was a lot more spacious than I thought and the layout was very nice. This is our second time back this year and we are always very happy with the staff and amenities. The staff is prompt and helpful. The gym and just enough, the indoor pool is our favorite and the location is great. The breakfast is also very good and provides a lot of variety. Overall, its our favorite place to stay in Newport!"

"The property was great and has amazing views. My kids enjoyed the pool. There is no elevators so be prepared to walk the stairs. And they have hard keys so don’t forget to bring them before you shut the door because it is set to lock when shut. And don’t lose it. Overall we had a great time."

"Beautiful grounds. Stunning views. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. 4 stars because we had neighbors move in the last night and either the walls are very thin or the basic, hollow core adjoining door allowed way too much sound between our rooms. We could hear them talking (normal volume) and even make out some words. Also, the male was a snorer. While I could sleep, my partner had a very difficult time. I was recovering from a cold so I imagine my occasional coughing wasn’t a treat for them either. We’d love to come back but hope they’ll address the sound proofing a bit."
