The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was noisy and there was NO HOT WATER for a shower. Excuses from staff were appalling and they were badly informed about breakfast costs.

It's a smart hotel - very corporate in image. Staff are very helpful and it's clean. The shower in my room didn't work - I think that the head was blocked in some way. Bed was a bit hard. Breakfast could so easily have been better - not a lot of choice. The choice of fresh fruit was disappointing. But the evening meal was outstanding, hot and excellent value. Overall it was pretty good value for money and I'd use it again.

Great service, but the hotel is a bit worn.

Brilliant welcome from the reception team and the beds are comfortable but the carpets are really grubby and the walls are very thin so you can hear the next room almost word perfect. The hotel is located in a brilliant area with loads of restaurants nearby.

Amazing hotel

Amazing day/night in Lincoln hotel is in a great place especially on a sunny day bars/restaurants near by the breakfast was amazing also only downside was the room view and very dark in the room but didn’t stay in the room much so not a massive issue will 100% stay again

Wouldnt stay again

Staff welcome and friendly. Room was clean but bathroom door did not close. Reported to reception said maintenence would look at it. Wasnt fixed when we came back to room. Booked a queen bed, was not a queen size bed, just a double. Corridor was noisey especially in the morning which made the bed shake. Bed constantly creaking if you moved.

Very comfortable room and bathroom with all that one needs and furnished to a high standard. Good selection of hot and cold breakfast food which was well presented and constantly re-stocked. Car park fills rapidly, so used the multi-storey 100 metres away which worked out very well.
