Overall the stay was good, the food was excellent and the room was pristine, clean and nice. For us the bed mattress was too soft and therefore not a good's night sleep but clearly this is a personal preference. The only other slight irritation we could hear the staff leaving in the early hours due to our room being just upstairs from the bar However overall the stay was fine.

What i didn't like was accommodation was seperate to hotel. Weather was nice when we stayed but it would have been different if it was raining. Hotel location suited me fine, you can walk into Retford town a nice park in close vicinity and easy to get where i needed to go.
