"On arrival we were met by a lady who showed us around and showed us the hot tub with was up and ready,the cottage has everything you'll need for your holiday, spotlessly clean,and very comfortable. If I had to be picky I'd like a couple of sun chairs,but we where very lucky with the weather, 10 minute walk to the pubs and takeaways, the woolpack pub has great beers and a lovely menu,the cottage is only a short drive to skegness with lovely beaches, overall a lovely week,we thought about booking next year but the prices for next year have shot up,shame."

"This cottage was beautiful, in an amazing area really quiet but also just a short drive to busy holiday beaches etc. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the bed, they was so uncomfortable, everyone in our party commented the same. It was a bit like sleeping on concrete. They was clean and bedding was lovely, just really hard mattress. Loads of cutlery and kitchen equipment, not having an opening window in the kitchen wasn’t ideal.Apart from the two above, it was ideal and would recommend to everyone."

"Fantastic break great communication with the host! Perfect break with wood burner, large hot tub, underfloor heating and plenty of space with open plan lounge kitchen withDining table and breakfast bar! Definitely a luxury place for a getaway cannot recommend enough. Great relaxing break"

"Lovely warm welcome Myself, my partner and 2 dogs stayed for a week for some much needed rest. We had a lovely warm welcome, then settled into this beautiful clean well equipped cottage with a private back garden The tv had Netflix, just log your details in. There was a lovely touch of coffee tea juice and biscuits .Everything was perfect down to a fantastic hot tub. Lovely and hot.Wainfleet st.Mary's is a quaint Lincolnshire village with plenty of amenities. Lots of walks with the dogs. Skegness is close by for the beach walks and fish and chips. If chinese food is your thing , we used the local and it was delicious. Apart from the co-op most shops including takeaways only take cash.Check out the fuel station on the high St."
