Great location, clean room and curteious staff. The building is at the intersection of 6 roads so no matter how high you stay the noise from the traffic is prominent. Staff Saul was very helpful in accomodating our request.

Booked a Premium Level Suite, but instead was given a room on the 5th floor. I was told that there was no availability on the Premium Level floors, in spite of my premium payment! There was a lot of traffic noise which I wanted to avoid. Perhaps worst was the party on both Thursday and Friday with very loud thumping music until 3am! There was black dirt/mould between grout lines and other areas. Stains on carpet. Very disappointed. Property is 3-4 star, definitely not 5. On a positive note the breakfast and Happy Hour (on Premium floor) was nice.
