Would have no problem staying here again
Nice enough hotel, glad we got there earlier than check in time so we were able to get a pass from reception and reserve a parking spas as it got very busy later. Good location, short walk from the town centre. Nothing to complain about within the hotel, all good and clean, nice choice of breakfast, lovely sitting area outside. Only real grumble is that we weren't able to turn the A/C below 21º, and it was noisy with the windows open, so it got a bit stuffy

Great breakfast!
Very modern and clean hotel. You need to ask at reception if you want your room cleaning otherwise they do not do it. Breakfast was really good, one of the best I have had in a hotel.

We arrived around 11 pm and the staff was still friendly, prompt and helpful. We forgot to get a parking pass so we had a ticket on our windshield in the morning but they helped get that resolved. Quite the scenic view. Great buffet breakfast also.

The Scandic is convenient and quiet. The breakfast is great. Staff is friendly. Rooms are a bit bare and the last time I stayed, the bathrooms could have been cleaner.

Quiet, clean & easily accessible
Spent 3 nights on business, fairly short walk from the station along Linkoping's main streets. Clean rooms, no issues with water, power, wifi, etc. Great breakfast, too! Shame I came on business, would love to come again to enjoy Linkoping& hotel more!

Comfortable and convenient
The Scandic is a convenient 7-10 minute walk to the plaza. The rooms are comfortable and have nice views of the river. The breakfast buffet is awesome. When we had to leave early one day we were able to get a packed breakfast bag that was good. I appreciated the kindness of the staff. one issue we had was with the room temperature- it was very cold and loud in the room because of the air-conditioning/fan. We did everything we could to raise the temperature and turn off the fan but nothing had an effect. The staff could not do anything about it for us. It was a cold and noisy night. But would still recommend it

Nice Hotel but I missed my flight because of them because I relayed on them for the wake up call but they didn't call and missed the flight and paid a lot for rescheduling my flight

To many guests and not enough staff
The hotel was full with small football players (9-10 years old) that was occupying the elevator and were running everywhere. The breakfast room was crowded and the buffée not very appertizing. Not enough staff to keep the buffée updated and clean. When you can't even find a clean coffee cup, then you kind of give up. Why not have an extra room for the groups especially when it is smaller kids so that the rest of us can enjoy our stay? The buffé is very moderate any way.

A bit expensive for an OK room. Room equipped with an empty fridge (minibar) that could not be turned off. Setting the wake-up alarm on the TV proved to be beyond my ken.

Great place to stay.
I enjoyed this hotel very much. There is nothing negative to say about it, as it was all that I hoped for. It was peaceful, clean and comfortable. People were pleasant, it had tasty, healthy food choices and it was close to everything!

Comfortable hotel for business use, limited gym facility but now has deal with a commercial gym nearby. Food better than average.

At this latitude you need better curtains in the rooms 5 in the morning full daylight in room. Green Bed spread cover looked like it had been taken off a nearby horse -shabby and unappealing. Towel too small. Restaurant menu very limited with no starters although the food I had was good fussier eaters could have to go out of the hotel for dinner.

Great Hotel, Pefect Location.
This hotel is percfectly located for both the city centre and the airport. Hotel staff was nice and friendly and very helpful. Food was excellent quality. They even provided an packed up take away breakfast when I had to leave very early for a flight.

the hotel was pretty nice, but the room was a little dirty. The rug was gross and the two chairs were pretty dirty. I would not use them. Other than that the rest of the room was fine. The hotel overall was nice. The breakfast was pretty good both mornings.

Another great stay!
As always, I enjoy my stay at the Scandic. It is not a luxurious place like I would normally stay but it is very clean and comfortable. The Staff is simply wonderful. Will come back away and away.
