"My family recently traveled to New York with friends of ours (8 total guests). Our stay at Stony Kill Ranch was very relaxing and overall a wonderful experience. The host of this property was very responsive, accommodating and great to work with. The property is nice and private, surrounded by stunning NY nature, and felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The beds were all comfortable and the climate controls kept the house nice and cool. Overall we are very happy with our stay and would recommend it to others without hesitation."

"Dilapidated exterior, passable but funky interior, seemed like low income apartment situation that i had to pay high price for. Evening it turned full party mode in parking lot and adjoining rooms. Walls are thin. Luckily people quieted down at some point and my kid and I got decent sleep…but it didn’t feel safe or standard for an expensive motel."

"Checking in could not have been easier. The house is bright and spacious with lots of beds. The porches are nice for evening relaxation. We saw and heard quite a bit of wildlife on the property. Walmart and Tops being so close was a big plus. There were eggs in the fridge that expired in December, it's now April and rotting produce and a half finished two litre bottle of Dr. Pepper from prior guests. There were five of us for a solid week and when I asked for more supplies I was told no. The place was not clean, like old toothpaste on bathroom mirrors . There was a very strong diesel smell that the owners came to check out the same day but didn't smell it and saw no urgency. All in all, the place was fine, not exceptional, not horrible."

"We had a wonderful visit in the Catskills at Mai’s cabin for Easter. The cabin feels larger than it is with well designed rooms offering great views of the woods from all directions. I enjoy cooking and it’s obvious the owner is a serious cook with a well stocked kitchen and accessories. All in all our family had a special time in kerhonkson and we highly recommend Mai’s cabin. "

"This house is so lovely! Vibrant decor and equipped with every essential need.the owners were so nice and were quick to respond to anything we asked. We went to family wedding I wish we had more time , the yard was amazing and the area is beautiful. Would absolutely stay here again. "
