Large and comfortable appartment

The appartment is just like in the photos (large, clean, quiet and comfortable). The wi-fi works fine, the kitchen is well equipped, the garage is in the building's basement (the garage door doesn't work properly though). It's just a 3-5 min walk from the Intendente subway station and a 25 min walk from the Praca do Comercio. The only inconveneince I've experienced is the issue of the invoice related to my stay. I called the owner by phone, I wrote to her on WhatsApp, I sent her 3 emails and still I haven't received the invoice. I'm afraid I'll have to report this to the relevant authorities.

Aan een steil rustig straatje gelegen appartement op loopafstand van een metrostation en met veel eetgelegenheden en winkels in de buurt. Voor twee mensen heel ruim en ook heel geschikt voor 3. Uiterst vriendelijke ontvangst en uitleg in het engels door de beheerster die na telefonische aanmelding al klaarstond bij de ingang. Door ligging en voorzieningen zeer geschikt als verblijf voor een paar dagen tot weken om Lissabon en omgeving te verkennen.

Ubicacion muy buena

El departamento, esta totalmente amoblado, aparcamos dentro del edificio, la plaza es pequeña, así que solo sirve para vehículos pequeños, no hay aire acondicionado, hay ventiladores, la señora Sao es super amable, tenia todo en perfecto orden y nos explicó todo sobre el departamento. Por poner una pega puedo decir que los colchones son incomodos y suenan bastante todas las camas. El resto esta ok, excelente ubicación. Queda muy cerca del metro.

There is a big living room/ open kitchen area downstairs with bathroom - good for families to hang out. There's a sofa bed also in that room. Open staircase takes you to the second floor and the masterbedroom, but keep in mind that it is open so bedroom has no wall/door. In there is one double bed and one single bed and walk in shower cabinet (right in the bedroom). Next to it is a small cabinet with glass panels and one single bed. Our family enjoyed this apartment very much since we are all very close and did not mind the lack of walls / intimacy. The email communication with the venue was limited - they did not reply. There is a metro stop, many restaurants and groceries near-by. One of the best viewpoint in town is also near-by.

To be avoided. Our apartment was not available until more than 24 hours after it should have been. We believe that the previous occupant was still there and that the owners were aware of this. Once we got access we found that it was not properly maintained. As an example the hob did not work at all and the microwave only worked if the coffee machine was plugged into an adjacent (loose) socket.

Because we were traveling we didn't receive the email telling us how to access the property. That should have been upfront in the pre-rental info. I don't know what we would have done if a neighbor hadn't let us in and called the rental agent. Bathroom door doesn't fit properly and was almost impossible to close. No shampoo, etc for bathroom. No place in shower to put it if you had it. Great AC, very clean, terrible mattress. With some basic upgrades could be a really great place.

素敵なアパートメント

Very nice apartment with parking. The person taking care of it lives nearby. She is a very nice person and will help you whenever you need. 一方通行が多い地域なので、リスボン市街の北側からアプローチされた方が良いと思います。アパートの前はやや広場になっていて、右手側（南側）はStreet Parkingになっています。左手側は大使館横手のため駐停禁で、警官もいます。必要に応じて話されるとよいでしょう。解錠コードは事前にメールで送られてくるようです。うちは受け取れず当日電話でやりとりしました。建物の中に入って右手奥、ドアに貼ってある連絡先に電話するとすぐ管理者の方が来てくれます。彼女は近在でとても面倒見の良い方です。駐車場は内側からボタンを押すとシャッターが開く形式です。 近くに路面電車、地下鉄の駅もあります。スーパーはLidlが徒歩6，7分くらいのところにあります。
