I didn’t know much about Lisbon when I booked it, but we were very lucky on location and accessibility. I had a lot of interaction upon arrival, and despite my incessant number of questions and requests, they were accomodating. My family truly enjoyed staying there.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need in an apartment. the staff were also very accommodating and helpful. Nights usually get a bit noisy from the street shows but the windows do a good job in blocking most of the it. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic apartment and location!

Wonderful apartment! Location was fantastic! Close to restaurants, shopping, and many tourist attractions. Checkin was easy and the hotel staff reached out to coordinate our arrival. They were very helpful, providing us with restaurant recommendations. The apartment was clean. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Lisbon.

We loved this property! The apartment was in a central location, the metro entrance was right outside. There was live music and a restaurant across the street but it was beautiful and quiet in the apartment. The apartment was very updated and comfortable. We had everything you might need. The property managers were excellent at communicating to meet our needs. Parking is 2 blocks away but it was in a nice safe garage.

Great location, clean and as described apartment. Check in process with Ben was easy and detailed. Communication with property was timely and were very accommodating. Mattress is a bit hard but that is a personal preference. Balcony was a huge plus.

We had an amazing stay at Chiado Sq. Starting from the amazing communication, where they were always available to answer questions, to the quick and smooth checkin even though we arrived hours before the actual checkin time. They stored our luggage and did their best to get us in the apartment earlier. The apartment was spotless! They even left little welcome toys for the kids. There was everything you could possibly need there. The living room is facing the street so a bit louder but the bedrooms were quiet. Overall it exceeded all expectations and the hosts are truly awesome! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful, modern and spacious apartment.

We love our stay very much! The property was in a very convenient part of town. Train station and 28 tram were right in front of our apt, Chiado square. Restaurants and shops all around. The pictures on Hotels.com were accurate but in person it was even more wonderful. Our apt was on the fifth floor with a nice view of the square and if you open the doors to the balcony you can hear people singing, otherwise it is pretty sound proof. We stayed in a modern and beautiful two bedroom apt with 2 floors and 2 bathrooms. There was a washer and dryer which a bonus! JP was wonderful in checking us in and out. Very easy. Safe building with a code to enter. We would definitely want to stay here again and refer all of friends and family.

This was the perfect choice for our stay in Lisbon! Staff met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment and over to our parking garage. The apartment was very modern, clean, well appointed. We had everything we needed. The Chiado Square location is always bustling with entertainers in the square. Always fun! It was really easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Only a few blocks to Rosario train station for our day trip to Sintra. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Lovely new apartment the deco is beautiful and clean, much better than pictures. Location is great, you can walk to all the hot place and café, even McDonald is just 2 stapes away if you get tired of the seafood. Property manager Ben is super nice, he even brought me a beautiful birthday cake. This is my 1st apartment experience. I would go back again if we visit Lisbon again.

Great location: walkable to many sights, easy access to all sorts of transportation (the 28E tram stops right in front of the building), many dining options nearby. Comfortable and clean stay: Our apartment easily accommodated our family of 4. The rooms were in excellent condition and regularly cleaned and re-stocked throughout our 1-week stay. In-unit laundry machine was super convenient. Good wi-fi and smart TVs for relaxing indoors. Host: Our host Bernardo met us at check-in. He gave us several local recommendations for dining and sightseeing, and he helped us book a fado dinner show too. Would stay here again without hesitation.

I rarely post reviews, but this property required one. It is perhaps one of the best property experiences I have had. Exactly as described, really nice accommodations, perfect, and I mean perfect location. The best restaurants in the city were all within walking distance. Every night there would be music in the plaza in front, which we enjoyed from the windows of the apartment, and then when we were done, we shut the window and couldn't hear anything as they are thick double pane windows. Veyr well though out space. Thank you for a fantastic vacation.

Communication before our stay was excellent to ensure we were met on arrival. Mafalda messaged us upon landing at the airport and guided us to the apartment on the metro. Check in was quick, we were early so left our luggage and went for an amazing lunch to return a short while later and all of our luggage had been brought to the apartment. Inside, the apartment was bright and airy with modern fittings, really clean and spacious. Fantastic view over Baixa Chiado where you can watch the musicians perform but with the windows closed, it’s surprisingly quiet. Bedrooms were really quiet and comfortable and the bathrooms had great showers, plenty of towels and really clean. We had a fantastic stay, couldn’t fault the apartment (2 adults, 11y and 14y old) and the location was amazing for sightseeing and coming back before going back out. The Lisboa card is a must, we purchased ours in advance and collected at the airport but if it’s a 1,2 or 3 day pass it’s activated from midnight that day whereas a 24,48 or 72 h pass might provide better value if first using late in the day. Public transport is excellent, no need for taxis. The tram routes are a little disrupted due to construction so getting on the 12 which is less busy is the same route as the very busy 28 at the moment. We will be back to these apartments and Lisbon!

Wow; I just can’t say enough about how great this stay was. We have stayed in short term vacation rentals all over the world and this one ranks at the top of the list from the cleanliness of the entire apartment to the communication everything was top notch. We also used their parking which we were apprehensive about prior to arriving since it wasn’t onsite. Ben who checked us in, was very helpful unloading the car and driving with my husband to the secure, safe, and short easy walk from the apartment parking garage. Parking was a breeze! Best compliment I can give is if we would stay there again and the answer is a definite yes.
