I was charged in advance 15 euros per night for linen (60 euros total). for the sofa bed in the apartment. There was only 2 of us in the apartment. When we arrived there was no linen on the sofa bed and after 7 calls they finally brought the linen 5 hours later and after 10 pm. The apartment has no heat and was freezing cold. Every time I turned on the portable heater all the power went out. It was also very noisy. However, the next day Thankfully they moved us to an apartment inside the building that was large and nice and had heat in the 1st bedroom. Rest of the apartment including the second bedroom was very cold.

Logement très bien situé au centre de Lisbonnne et très proche des nombreux points d’interêts (Metro, Tram, commerces et lieux historiques), seul bémol la cohabitation avec les autres locataires car l’isolaction entre appartements est quasi inexistante...et la chambre sur rue est très exposée au bruit extérieur...sauf si vous avez des voisins contentieux

Die Treppen sind sehr steil und eng Im Wohnzimmer haben wir Beleuchtung vermisst Eine Stehlampe war defekt, eine Tischlampe hatte ein Wackler und keine Deckenlampe Deshalb konnte man nicht auf dem weichen Sofa sitzen und lesen Wir mussten abends wieder am Tisch auf den harten Stühlen sitzen Sonst ist die Wohnung sauber und gepflegt Einfach und gute Lage zur Altstadt

Appartement très vieux et habité par des souris

Que l appartement soit vieux n est pas gênant mais il est envahi par les souris. Ne parlons pas de l isolation qui est inexistante, nous vivions quasiment avec les voisins.... quand aux équipements à part une machine à laver le linge il ni avait rien d autre. Nous étions 3 nous avions 4 fourchettes et autant de verres ....le deuxième jour nous n avions plus d eau chaude,un technicien est soit disant passé et nous avons terminé le séjour sans eau chaude. Quelle galère sans parler des coqs qui vous réveillent à 5 h du matin....

Uriges Altstadt-Apartment

Es gibt keine Rezeption oder so etwas. Man bekommt per Mail einen Code zum Türen öffnen. Wir hatten eine "Maisonnette" - Dachgeschosswohnung mit Wohnzimmer mit abgeteiltem Schlafbereich und zwei Schlafzimmern, eines davon ganz oben im Dach sowie eine Dachterrasse. Schöne alte Dielenböden, und alles ein bisschen schief ;) Die Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert, aber die nette, englisch sprechende Reinigungskraft hat uns in der gerade nicht besetzten Nachbarwohnung waschen lassen. Getrocknet wird auf der Terrasse. Anbindung nicht ganz ideal; genau in der Mitte zwischen zwei Metro-Stationen, jeweils etwa 10 Minuten. Die Tram in der Nähe ist von morgens bis abends überfüllt - ist ja auch nur ein einzelner Wagen. Zu Fuß ans Wasser dauert etwa 20 Minuten, aber hügelig.

O apto é bastante amplo e a localização é boa, haja visto que se consegue ir a pé para diversos locais interessantes da cidade. No entanto, o acesso é complicado, pois fica numa ladeira ingreme e a escadaria de acesso é grande e dificil para se subir com malas. Embora o apartamento seja bem aparelhado e estivesse aparentemente limpo, deparamo-nos com um camundongo na cozinha que correu por diversas vezes pelo ap a noite. Não conseguimos achar o seu esconderijo e isso nos deixou bastante decepcionadas com o local. Além do mais, por ser uma construção antiga, o barulho dos outros apartamentos é bastante grande, o que torna dificil o repouso a noite.

Classically Europeon apartment

Overall, the accommodations were great. We weren't quite expecting to have no host on the premises. It is an Apartment bldg with no elevator, we were on the 2nd floor which made hauling our numerous suitcases a bit of a challenge... especially because we were tired. Mostly clean and a strange layout but typical of what can be expected in a centuries old building. Loved the narrow streets and two balconies as well as two little outdoor patios in the middle of the apt. The Portugese people are warm and very friendly. Overall, I give it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

abbastanza centrale ma scomodo

L'appartamento è abbastanza centrale ma abbiamo avuto degli inconvenienti perchè al nostro arrivo non c'era il sapone in bagno, quindi abbiamo dovuto chiamare per farcelo mettere negli appositi contenitori, le coperte sui letti non erano abbastanza pulite una aveva addirittura una macchia, il letto matrimoniale praticamente era un materasso appoggiato a terra, troppo basso e scomodo sia per andarci che per rialzarsi. Eppoi il condominio molto rumoroso, si sentivano addirittura gli altri condomini camminare.

Площадь апартаментов соответствует заявленной, но очень изношен ремонт, затекает дождь через окно местами, очень некомфортная температура внутри, нет обогрева в ванной комнате, отсутствует мыло в диспенсере, в доме мыши...

Huoneisto sijaitsi sivukadulla, oma sisäänkäynti. Huoneisto oli aika pimeä, eikä lamppuja/ pistokkeita ollut monia. Makuuhuoneessa oli vain tuuletusikkunat katonrajassa. Varustuksissa oli sekä patteri että tuuletin. Keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu, hella, uuni, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi/pakastin. Koska uloskirjautuminen oli klo 11 ja tämä ei ole hotelli, voi matkatavarat viedä esim Rossion (keskustassa) tai Orienten (metromatkalla lentokentälle) säilytykseen.

Très décevant! Attention à la sécurité de l appart

Après avoir pris possession de l'appartement, qui était très bien au niveau espace et confort ,nous nous dirigeons vers un restaurant à quelques pas de notre hôtel,à notre retour deux heures plus tard ,nous constatons le vol de notre valise plus de l'ordinateur portable . Le tout sans effractions.... je me permets d' emmètre un gros doute concernant leurs systèmes de code électronique de porte, après constatation de l'événement auprès de l'agence ,aucune explication .... un conseil cette rue est à éviter clairement!!!!
