Good location. Sofa bed and a double bed were comfy. Well kept apartment. Mis sold luggage stage - 2 lockers for whole builiding use not very practical and they didn't look safe.

I stay at the studio and love the apartment. It's clean and spacious. I love the washer in the apartment and they even provide a drying rack in the closet for you. I like that there are lots of windows in the room. The location is so convenient with restaurants, grocery stores and transportation. (my favorite breakfast spots are: Lou's cafe, dear breakfast, and Seventh brunch and they are all less than 5 mins walking distance). Tram 28 is just outside of the apartment and the famous yellow tram was 10-15 mins walking distance. Overall, great location! Highly recommended!!

We stayed as a group of 4 in this apartment. Apartment itself was very spacious - lots of storage room and space. Very quiet area, but within walking distance to various cafes / restaurants and small shops. Sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable by the end of the stay, but the bedroom double bed was very comfortable. Whilst we didn't need them changing, the towels were changed and the apartment cleaned daily. However some extra toilet roll would have been nice, as we ran out several times and never saw anyone to ask for more. I would recommend this apartment and location to stay, it was quiet and seemed a safe area. Little further out from the main tourist stops, but walkable :)

A great location for a tourist! Walk to main attraction or to Subway station or catch a tuk-til ride ( they are everywhere). Our room was perfect, newly remodeled, contemporary, clean. Even though it’s not a busy street, but Lisbon is a party town, so you’ll hear some street singing at night and early morning. Also, keep in mind, it is a guest house. When you reserve on line, you are reserving A room, not THE room in the picture. You get whichever room is available. Check in was super easy, Fabio met us and helped us with the process, also he was very helpful in resolving a small issue. Obrigada, Fabio!!

Very disappointing

I've had pretty high expectations with all the reviews I read and was very disappointing. I give a 2 stars for the location that is great. Otherwise, the apartment's getting old, the smell in the bathroom horrible, couch and chairs stained, beds not comfy at all and tge communications with the property management, fast enough but so cold, limit rude. In 2024, when you rent an apartment of that rank, you should have a Nespresso machine and offer few pucks of coffee as a welcome. Not there. We got an open back of soda crackers on the counter and 2 salt, no pepper. I would not recommend but for the location.

Great location absolutely horrendous bed.

There are so many good things about this place but unfortunately the communication was quite poor. When you stay at one of their seventeen or so different apartment buildings you are clearly just a number. There is no reception on site, there is a black bat phone at the front door answered by a random person who in our case was rude and unhelpful….It was a “talk to the hand” response. The location was amazing, the actual apartment was nice and relatively clean but the bed was like sleeping on a concrete block with a slate mattress topper to boot. All we asked for was a mattress topper or something to make it more comfortable. The first night nothing and the second night they put on a flimsy little excuse of a mattress protector. We absolutely loved being in Lisbon but the mattress alone made this place unacceptable.

Great property! Clean, well stocked with the essentials… loved having an in-suite washing machine. Location is amazing - as the week went on, we realized that we were within walking distance to everywhere! As a bonus, Tram 28 stopped right outside the door - such a treat!

Very clean and perfectly well presented. Fine location, slightly out of centre on the main Tram 28 route. Shower was broken as was the air conditioning and check-in was depersonalised though workable.

Location was great, right in the heart of the old city. Very walkable to all major sights. Grocery stores close by made cooking in the apartment easy. The property needs new furnishings. They were very worn, stained and uncomfortable. The bed was the absolute hardest I've ever slept on. The shower needs serious cleaning as there is mold on the ceiling and the shower tiles.

Cute little apartment

It was nice little apartment; with dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer. The property was clean and well maintained. WiFi was very weak on apartment. I was on the top floor and it was very challenging to get WiFi signal. My room was very right below the where the street had all the trash and very noisy around 5AM to 6AM to get peaceful sleep.

Disappointing in almost every respect. Entrance is opposite bins so covered in broken glass. Didn't received access code so lucky someone was already entering when we arrived. Self check-in was unfriendly, especially as it wasn't clear which booking number to use. Apt smelled damp, bed against wall so hard to get in & out, sheets wrong size, no proper duvet cover (just sheets over and under), toilet seat loose, missing shower mixer handle, shower tiles mouldy and stained, towels thin and small, ironing board legs broken. But at least there was a bottle of water in the fridge. Hmm.
