The room was very nice and had everything we needed, including a washer-dryer combo. It was a convenient location, very close to a market, and the code system was really nice. My only complaints are the street noise at night and the bathroom. Several of the water fixtures were loose and the shower did not look very clean around the drain areas. All the faucets also leak and the hot water runs out very quickly.

Apartment was hard to get access to. The neighborhood was smelly. Needed to make a call to checkin. There were roaches in the apartment and it smelled bad inside. Peeling paint in the bathroom.

Do NOT stay here! We arrived on time and checked into our room to see it was not cleaned from the previous guests...we called the management and they said come back an hour later so we did and it still wasn't clean. Also the area did not look as safe as the rest of Lisbon and check-in is very confusing.

DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION. We were not provided with an entry code despite multiple attempts and through Expedia app who advised to contact directly on a number provided. The individual on the number provided was non responsive. You know it’s a bad place when your Uber driver is familiar with it and tells you “it’s very, very bad”.

The internet speed was excellent. The area was very unsafe and felt like I was in Bangladesh or India, Men were in groups on the street till early am making lots of noise. Police vans came with sirens outside more than once. Hepatitis testing site and free food place on same street. In the morning beer bottles were everywhere on the street. The second bedroom could barely fit a small twin bed, drapes did not fully cover windows in other bedroom, carpet in main area has large burn hole. Glad only spent one night at this dump. Expedia should be ashamed of representing this place.

Nous sommes deux femmes ayant réservé ce studio. Tout d’abord, je n’ai reçu aucun mail de confirmation et pour expliquer l’arrivée… Nous avons galéré le premier jour. L’endroit craint. Je suis très étonnée de voir aucun avis à ce sujet! Nous l’aurions su, nous n’aurions jamais réservé l’hôtel en étant deux femmes seulement en congés. Nous étions clairement en insécurité dès la sortie du logement, donc dans la même rue, et celles autour. Aucun retour de l’hôte non plus, j’avais demandé une confirmation avant d’arriver, aucune réponse… J’ai signalé que plusieurs meubles ou autres étaient abîmés, pas de réponse, ni d’hotel.com qui nous assure une réponse sous 48h ou 72h (ce qui est faux). Obligées d’avoir pris des photos et vidéos (fort heureusement). La dalle de la douche, qui est une pierre, tangue clairement ce qui n’est pas forcément top pour se doucher… Le studio reste tout de même convenable et relativement propre. C’est dommage. Il est aussi bien équipé, bien que nous n’ayons rien utilisé par mesure d’hygiène qui nous est propre, je vous rassure il a quand même ce qui est nécessaire tant dans la salle de bains, que la cuisine. Enfin, nous avons eu des (gros) travaux dès 8h du matin dans les logements contigus… mais cela n’incombe pas à l’hôte. J’attends encore un retour de l’organisme et d’hotel.com, donc autant vous dire que si vous avez quoique ce soit tracez votre route…

L’enregistrement checkin à une borne a été fastidieux et a duré plus d’une heure après plusieurs appels de la femme de ménage que nous remercions pour expliquer la situation. Au bout du 4eme appel on nous a enfin pris au sérieux et explique que la machine ne parvenait pas à scanner les ID françaises « ancien format ». Sinon le quartier est très chaud avec beaucoup de drogués au crack. On y était avec nos deux enfants et bien que le quartier soit très proche de l’hypercentre je le déconseille formellement à une famille ou à des femmes. Il n’y a d’ailleurs que des hommes dans la rue. L’appartement en revanche était bien équipé et plutôt grand.

No recomendable, menos para mujeres

El apartamento se encuentra en una zona complicada, mucho drogadicto, la zona se siente bastante insegura, sobre todo para mujeres, se concentran en las calles demasiados hombres sin hacer nada solo pareciera que acechan al turismo. Zona sucia, llena de botes de basura. Muchísimo ruido, todo el día, incluso por la madrugada, gritos. La propiedad se ve descuidada, muebles sucios, el sillón de la sala se notaba con manchas de suciedad, las cabeceras de las camas se notaban con mugre, sábanas sucias. El baño sucio y manchado. Un olor peculiar en el lugar desagradable y era notorio que intentaron cubrirlo con demasiado aromatizante, que en vez de ayudar revolvía los olores. La lavadora estaba sucia, llena de cabellos. El agua de cortesía olía que tenía días, y era notorio que había sido rellenada con agua de la llave. La llegada al lugar fue complicada también, ya que es una recepción digital, no hay flexibilidad en la llegada y no hay forma de hablar con nadie, el guarda equipaje cuesta 2 euros y nadie te avisa. La caja fuerte no se pudo usar, ya que se encontraba cerrada, intenté comunicarme a los teléfonos asignados y nadie contestó.

Administração ruim e péssima localização do imóvel

O imóvel é bom mas a localização é assustador! Saindo do imóvel parece que está na rua da Cracolândia de SP. Outro problema é a assistência na manutenção do apto. O piso de pedra do box do banheiro parece uma gangorra e com muito barulho de pedra com pedra. Além disso teve o entupimento do ralo que fez extravasar a água pelo resto do banheiro. Fiz a chamada por telefone e pela funcionária para a correção na 6a feira e na 3a feira quando sai não tinham consertado.

Goed voor citytrip

Leuk appartementje. We zaten op de benedenverdieping waardoor we niet echt naar buiten konden kijken omdat de ramen vrij hoog zitten. De douche was super. De buurt is wel een beetje in verval, met heel wat leegstand. Het oude stadscentrum ligt op wandelafstand en de metro is ook vlakbij.
