Great Runcation location

This was a last minute booking and I had some confusion how to check in; reached out to the property and they got back to me right away which helped ease my anxiety since I was traveling from 20 hours away. Great location. For someone like me who likes to see as much of a city by running its streets I couldn’t ask for a better location. Close enough to see all the tourist stuff but not in the tourists which was nice.

Superb apartment. Clean, bright and well equipped. Great location for accessing city centre, albeit the walk back is up a rather steep hill. After a full day we preferred to get the metro back to Marques de Pombal which means a gentler walk home! The metro is very cheap and easy to navigate, though we had a little difficulty at times with contactless, maybe easier to buy tickets. Lots of things near the apartment (bars, convenience stores etc.). Felt like a very safe area, though in fairness this applies to most of the city. The only point to watch out is communication with the owner: this has to be via sms so a good idea to arrange a meeting time in advance and have it confirmed. After that no issues, just something to be aware of.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem Apartment und haben in der Zeit unsere Erfahrung gesammelt. Das Apartment ist neu und sehr funktional eingerichtet. Darin befindet sich alles was man für einen guten und auch längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. An der Sauberkeit gabs ebenfalls nichts zu beanstanden. Die Lage des Apartments ist in zweierlei Gesichtspunkte zu betrachten. Lissabon liegt auf zahlreichen Hügeln und gespürt ist hier der größte. Wer damit keine Probleme hat, der ist in einer verhältnismäßigen ruhigen Gegend. Die Erreichbarkeit ist ein weiteres Thema. Zahlreihe Busse halten in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Krankenhaus. Leider, und dieser Umstand ist wirklich ärgerlich, sind die Busverbindungen, vor allem in den Abendstunden nicht immer sehr zuverlässig. Taxen stehen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Krankenhaus, dass ca. 150 m entfernt ist.Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber am Ort ist suboptimal. Wir schrieben mehrmals die angegebene Rufnummer per SMS an und wollten in Erfahrung bringen, wie wir unserer Gepäck abstellen können, da das Einchecken erst gegen 14:30 Uhr erfolgen kann; eine Antwort erfolgte nicht. Da wir einen frühen Flug hatten, waren wir gegen 10 Uhr am Apartmenthaus. Mehr durch Zufall konnten wir ins Haus und mussten dann erleben, dass das Personal völlig überfordert war. Am Ende wurden die Koffer im Abstellraum deponiert und wir wurden recht unfreundlich aus dem Haus geschickt. In der Folgezeit war der Kontakt zum Personal in Ordnung.

L'appartamento è ben arredato, molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort; inoltre è inserito in un quartiere molto tranquillo, vicino a diversi supermercati e poco distante dal centro di Lisbona. Excelent, emplacement un peu éloigné du centre (15 minutes a pieds, ou ligne de bus à 50 mètres), tres calme, bien insonorisé, etat neuf, grand, cuisine équipée Petite epicerie a cote ouverte jusqu'à 0h00 (pratique si vous arrivez tafd). Pas de resto a cote, quartier calme à côté hopital (pas de bruits.d ambulances). Je recommande, accueil serieux.

The gal who was In charge was wonderful. She was very helpful with directions. I found the place too far from the metro. I was also sorry that there was no coffee when I arrived. The company that booked me lead me to believe that I wouldn’t be charged for the first night because it wasn’t my fault. The original flight was delayed twice And then canceled. Great disappointment

Very disappointing. Poor location. Not able to contact venue re arrival time and check-in. Nowhere to leave luggage on arrival - no one at venue to let me in. Expected to clean apartment and dispose of rubbish is street bins! Estimated walking times to attractions highly inaccurate.

Het appartement was ontzettend schoon. Verder was het mooi en modern ingericht. Er zit onder andere een airco, koelkast, diepvries, vaatwasser, magnetron en oven in. Een leuk balkon met tafeltje en 2 stoeltjes. Vanaf de accommodatie is het ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar de dichtstbijzijnde metro. Terugweg is wat zwaar, omdat dat bergopwaarts lopen is. Met bus 723 kun je tot aan het appartement komen, bus 760 stopt even verder bij het parkje. In de gehele stad genoeg OV-mogelijkheden. Minder goed aan het appartement vonden we de gastvrijheid. We werden niet begroet ('goedemiddag, hoe was uw vlucht o.i.d.) en er werd meteen over gegaan tot betaling van de toeristenbelasting en de borg. Toen naar boven, waar we direct aan tafel moesten gaan zitten (geen rondleiding) en de algemene voorwaarden moesten tekenen. Er stond o,a, in dat de inventaris door onszelf gecheckt moest worden en dat we bij gebreken dit binnen een uur moesten laten weten. Echter bij navraag was er geen inventarislijst en kregen we telkens te horen dat we tekenden voor 'de formaliteit'. Nadat dit gebeurt was legde de mevrouw nog even kort wat uit in gebrekkig Engels waarna ze wegging. We bleven nogal verbaast achter. Na deze keer hebben we ook niets meer van de eigenaren gezien/gehoord --> hebben we het goed achter gelaten, wordt er borg ingehouden etc.. (Uitchecken gebeurde door de sleutel in een brievenbus te gooien). Al met al een fijn verblijf, het was voor ons alleen de gastvrijheid waar het aan schortte.
