I was charged extra 212 Euros for bed sheets, for large towel, for bedroom cleaning, taxes and extras. The shower screen was almost falling apart, the washing base did not emptied and the bathroom furniture was falling apart. No more bookings with Expedia... Check your associates...

I was already in travel for 3.5 weeks in Europe and ordinary I travel each 2-3 months to different countries : Mexico, Canada, Netherlands, Portugal , Italy, USA This is the worst experience ever 1. Gestapo rules in the room, which are not published in expedia but are in the book in the room in 5 languages. Having a birthday during stay and my best friend in Lisbon it makes possible to spend time in my room with my friend. I also attach thr rules that are available in the room but not on the booking page 2. No paper invoice for extra payments, no transparent rules for extra payments. Extra payments should be done in cash, you need to wait for the employee for 30 minutes 3. 1 big towel for 2 people for 6 days 4. Need to get 2 floors with good amount of stairs with luggage on your own
