Great apartments. Very big, clean and with great facilities. The communication with them could have been better. We were told we would receive an email 24 hours before our stay with details of how to check in. But we had to chase this information all through the travel day and eventually ring them in Portugal to make sure we actually had the apartment. This bit needs to be improved.

Nice apartment but inconvenient

The apartment was clean. We had a 4th floor apartment. The elevator did not work on our entire 4 day stay. We had an elderly person with us. It was very inconvenient. The washer did not work. The cleaners did a nice job keeping the apartment clean. Communication was not good at all. You should confirm the elevator works before booking. It should not take more than 2 days to fix an elevator.

Plus was the location, equipped kitchen and well functioning AC. Very spacious. Minus was that the floor was not properly cleaned, there was a stain on the floor just when we came in and it was dusty and dirty all around the apartment. It also said in the booking that there was a common terrace accessible but we could not find any doors, signs or other indication that could lead us there. Unfortunately the elevator didn't work.

This property was great, the location was perfect walkable distance from everything, for us the only negative thing I can add is when we can the elevator was not working and we were given a 3rd floor property, with a heavy suitcase 😖 but the rest, it was all perfect!

This property is terrible - beware of staying here

A lot of problems with this place. First and most important - they say they have an elevator. This is the main reason I chose this place over others in the area that do not. We were not told ahead of time that the only lift was broken - stayed there for an entire week and it remained broken the entire time and never saw any effort to fix it. The communication was poor - we arrived late at night due to delayed flight and followed their instructions, which failed to mention the lift was broken or that the alternate entrance was on another street. At midnight we arrived to try to figure this out on our own - there were confusing signs taped to the door but that was it. No one to call at night if you're having a problem entering. As soon as we got inside we saw several roaches in the hallway. Never in my life have I seen roaches in a Lisbon apartment building. Inside the apartment, several things did not work. In the morning we were able to contact someone to fix them. On the last day of our stay our entrance code was deactivated prematurely, locking us out of the building at night. We had to wait on the street for someone else staying there to let us in.. Worst place I have ever stayed in Lisbon in 15 years of travel there.

The place was spartan. Beds worn were the springs would pop and jolt you. AC upstairs was a joke. Alarm for floods in shower went off when wiping floor. No way to disarm. And it went off because shower head was broken spraying water everywhere. Shower wash gel container half worked. Lots of towels though. Everything else worked well. Clothes washer dryer was only a washer. But with AC not working drying clothes in room worked really well. Overall ok place but just ok.

I recently stayed at Lisbon Serviced Apartments and had a horrifying experience. On my first morning, I woke up with multiple bites all over my body. It quickly became apparent that the room was infested with bed bugs. I had to visit a pharmacy and start medication due to the severity of the bites, which have caused me considerable discomfort for several days now. The lack of cleanliness and hygiene at this hotel is unacceptable. Bed bugs are a serious issue, and the presence of them indicates a significant problem with maintenance and care. This experience has not only ruined my stay but also affected my health and well-being. I strongly advise against staying at Lisbon Serviced Apartments until they address this issue thoroughly. No one should have to endure what I did.

El sitio es muy bien ubicado, muy limpio, las instalaciones muy buenas, recien remodelado, poco ruido, buena vista, accesibilidad remota muy buena, tienen una maravilla de casilleros para dejar el equipaje hasta por 24 horas mas lo cual es una gran ventaja luego del Ck Out si quieres seguir aprovechando tu estadía.

Franchement c'est une des plus mauvaise expérience que j'ai eu. 1 leurs check in est nul...ils veulent faire moderne mais c'est lourd et nul. Ensuite pas cool ascenseur en panne..faut se taper 5 étages avec des bagages, et la chaleur. Personne est là pour le dire il faut utiliser leurs stupide téléphone pour parler avec une personne qui se trouve chez elle et répond comme un robot au instructions a faire si ascenseur en panne. Faut rentre par une autre porte...bref galère.
