"This was one of the cleanest, most comfortable hotels we stayed in during our stay in Portugal. The staff went out of their way to help us plan our way through the city and made sure that our stay in their hotel was perfect. The airport shuttle drivers were fantastic, made sure we had a ride to & from the airport whenever we needed it. I highly recommend this property for all travelers."

"First-class hotel for a Lisbon city break We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Real Palácio. It’s an excellent choice for a city break, particularly because of its location — São Sebastião Metro is only a few minutes’ walk away, with a direct connection to Lisbon Airport. The hotel itself was absolutely spotless, and the staff were friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. One thing that really stood out was the bar, unlike many 5-star hotels, the prices were actually very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was superb. There was a huge choice available, with plenty of hot and cold options, and everything was fresh and well presented. We genuinely couldn’t fault it. The only downside during our two-night stay was that the sauna wasn’t working, which was a little disappointing, particularly as it’s one of the hotel’s advertised facilities. We really enjoyed our stay, it’s a lovely 5-star hotel, in a great location, with excellent staff, a fantastic breakfast and good value for money."
