"Love the location. The hotel staff was great. If you need somewhere that has great air conditioning this is the place for you. The cozy rooms are truly cozy, but well appointed with a decent size bathroom. Depending where your room is, it can be a little challenging finding your room, try and use the same elevator or staircase. The bar staff was only okay. It took awhile to get any help at the bar which didn’t look busy, and the staff didn’t seem friendly, maybe it was an off day."

"Beautiful setting nestled into the cliff. A lot of the roof of the building was natural which made for a more, naturalist type setting. Taking the Cliff Walk was experience we will never forget, the waves crashing created clouds of mist made us feel like we were in another era. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Breakfast, the Poached eggs and avocado in sourdough toast with rocket was outstanding. Dinner each evening was a joy. Hotel with so much history linked to the Castle and the Swiss Cottage it made the stay even more special."
