This is a lovely hotel. I didn’t give it a higher rating because of noise. There was a wedding and even though the music was in a wing across a parking lot, it was so loud in our room until 2:00 AM that it was impossible to sleep. It seems like the hotel should in fact control noise in their facility, especially into the wee hours of morning.

Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Room was huge! Shower was great. Didn't have any meals. Plenty of parking although just be aware that it seemed to get a lot of traffic drive through.

The staff were friendly and approachable. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location close to town centre, banks and shops. Town served by good roads to major towns, cities, airports and ports. Car park large enough to meet needs of guests. Plenty of fuel stations close by. Meals were good with a mix of traditional and international food.

Great experience excellent staff

The staff is Excellent!! The hotel is in great shape. It is easy to find you way to around. I really must say the hotel staff goes beyond what you would experience at a regular hotel. Sam at the check in, helped me out on a daily basis answering questions with the hotel and the surrounding area. The manager, I forgot his name was excellent and beyond helpful. I would stay here every time I needed a place in Midleton. Thank you and your staff
