"The ceiling in the bathroom had mold and after asking maintenance came and painted the ceiling. There was a half of roll of toilet paper when I checked in. I asked the front desk for more and the gentleman rudely told me they only give the first roll and you would have to supply your own after that. This extended stay has no pots or utensils so don’t even think about cooking anything. The overall experience was 2-3 stars ."

"The room was clean most of the staff were really awesome. We were unable to watch tv and reported it. Maintenance came and told us sorry no CNN because we would have to use Tubi for the remainder of our stay. I reported to the lady who checked us out and she responded with a smart comment and dismissed me with do you need a receipt for your stay. I would have appreciated at least care and an apology for the inconvenience. Very Disappointing "

"This was the worse experience I’ve ever had, and I travel often. I’m from out of town and was trying to stay close to the city without staying in the city. When I tell you this was the dirtiest most disgusting place I have ever stayed, that is an understatement. My sheets on my bed were visibly dirty upon arrival. We called to get more and was told that they didn’t have any. So that night I slept in my clothes on top of the comforter wit cigarette burns on it. And the following day when i asked the desk clerk if the room had been cleaned, he yelled at me and was very rude. The bathroom was as the most disgusting thing. Visibly caked up dirt on the floors, moldy shower curtain, filthy shower walls with hair on them. And the water did not get hot. When I asked for towels at 8 am when we needed to shower, we were rudely told that, “housekeeper will be here at 10:30!” And we didn’t receive clean towels until around noon. All in all I felt filthy and dirty the whole time I was there. Oh and the “included” breakfast was honeybuns and choc chip muffins. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ☹️"

"The room was clean. Most of the staff were very nice. We were here exactly 55 hours, and in that time, we were without any water, then without hot water, then with a clogged toilet. They gave us a plunger but that didn't work. They were sending someone to fix it but he didn't show up. "
