"No AC, has a heater. We slept with the balcony door open all night and the room got chilly but we enjoyed it a lot. Nice view of the ocean and theres a path to walk along the ocean. Very nice affordable stay amd Yachats has a lot of really cute shops and restaurants to enjoy yourself at."

"What a warm and eclectic space! Each room is cozy and distinct with lovingly collected elements, amenities are plentiful, and the property’s gardens and ocean views are mesmerizing. Owners were easy to contact, there were no issues. Beyond our expectations of charm inside and within walking distance to the beach and quirky town shops and restaurants- we were in heaven! Can’t wait to go back! "

"The location makes it nice to walk around town. The kitchen is extremely well stocked making it easy to cook meals. The only downside is how small the 2 bedrooms are. The layout of the house is great. "

"Fantastic location and very nice accommodations. This worked perfectly for us and had a great view and easy walking into town for shopping and eating. It was also conveniently located to many great locations, hiking, and views. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to stay on the coast."

"Property Manager is really good with communication prior to and during stay. The sun umbrella for front porch was a great addition! Kitchen pretty well stocked, most seasonings and basic coffee (only 1-2 days of coffee so bring extra Kcups). For groups it's good idea to bring 2-3 rolls of extra TP and extra roll of paper towels."

"This is a warm & welcoming home; very relaxed, tasteful decor. The furniture is very comfortable and the beds we used were very comfortable. The towels were wonderfully soft and plush and the home was very clean. We very much enjoyed the walkable location to town and the beach. The ground floor bedroom was musty smelling so we chose not to use it. It was clean and was nice to have the extra bathroom and full size refrigerator. The kitchen is lovely and well-equipped. We did struggle the one time we used the oven; couldn’t get the temp setting to change. It did work fine on 350, but I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the temp. The refrigerator drawers are a great use of space. The top one worked great but the lower one seemed to not get very cold. May need a maintenance check. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but we were disappointed with the giant 3 story house blocking the sunset/ocean view. The partial views from this home are lovely but not what we expected from the description and pics. "

"The unit seemed to have just been painted and new furnishings. We had only 2 things that weren’t perfect. The walls are paper thin. We were listening to the neighbors tv. And there was still masking and plastic hanging from the skylight. Perfect location and view. "
