"The place is right off hwy 101. We stayed first part of May, so traffic was very light on the hwy and rooms were quite. Rooms were very clean and well kept. They are located a very short walk of the restaurants, so you can park and walk to dinner or breakfast. Checkin was a breeze and parking was right next to the units."

"You pay for what you get. It’s a good place for a quick stop but for a long 3 or more night stay it might get old. Pool was fine. No ac and the windows didn’t have screens. Weirdly the fridges were off and so had to wait for the fridge to warm up which was kind of frustrating. Over all it was good for the money and came with a pool"

"We rented one of the rooms with a full kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. It was fantastic. My family felt like we were separate yet connected to the hotel. The pool was very large but really chilly so we didnt spend much of our time in there. The kiddy pool was nice and warm and a great addition to the pool house. The hot tub was nice and big as well and was nice and toasty. They have a sauna as well but it wasnt working at the time of our visit. We ate dinner in the resturaunt and our meal was wonderful. Our server was very friendly and suggestive which i appreciate. The location is next level. we had a problem with our television they were there with help immdiately. Everyone we encountered on staff was amazing. Cant wait to go back. "

"The property appears to have been newly remodeled, and it wasn’t a cheap remodel. It was very well done. The original wood plank flooring was gorgeous. Will definitely return again. The view of the bay and the ocean in the distance was also beautiful."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a blast last weekend at Yachats! The rental was clean and right in the middle of everything! The Sip & Stroll was so much fun and I liked not having to drive afterwards, since we were close enough to walk home. Overall a great little getaway rental! Need to work on the wifi tho, we never were able to link to it and the cell service was sketchy at best."
