"The views from our room were amazing. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was the best. Also the restaurant not only had amazing views but delicious food too! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Booked this place for two families (4 adults/4 kids). There was plenty of space for all of us. It was nice to have some of the rooms separate from the others with a central location between the two (kitchen/living room). The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and had plenty of blankets & pillows. Daylight basement was a little off, but we didn't spend much time there. Overall, we would certainly stay here again. The views, location and proximity to trails/towns was perfect for the coast. Positives: - Number of rooms/beds- Seating- Overall Location- Views (saw some whales first day there)- Parking- Location to town- Quiet at night- Parts of the hose seemed newly renovated - All appliances workedCons:- Had some mouse visitors each night that we could hear, saw one. They were small and didn't leave a trace, but, could hear them. (Given the location and style of house, this is probably inevitable).- Kitchen items were a little lacking, few bowls and few baking items. Made it hard to cook for 8 people. - Had a terrible smell the first 24 hours, probably related to the very new septic system. Those repairing forgot to fill the p-trap in the garage bathroom which vented into the garage until we figured it out and remedied. After that, there was no longer a smell. - Upstairs carpet was pretty stained. Again, the take away is that we loved this place and would return."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Agate Point is our favorite 4th of July place to be. The perfect location in lovely Yachats. You can sit on the front deck and watch the fireworks. The place is well maintained and has had many upgrades. Katie at Ocean Odyssey is friendly and very helpful. We’ll be back again soon."

"Thank you so much! Great house which was perfect for our troupe. Inside handle of the front door needs to be better connected via the allen screw. The pop out lock in the upstairs bathroom woke us up as it was used throughout the night by the other guests. But, for the price and with its location, it was perfect for our trip. Hiked around the Devil's Churn at Cape Perpetua one day and rode the Florence dunes the next. So fun!"

"This lovely home was a perfect place to relax as it had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. All of the people we met in the neighborhood were friendly and welcoming. It was a perfect location as it made driving to other beaches convenient for more beach fun and rockhounding. The host was a dream to work with and wanted to make sure that we had a special time as she knew what this weekend meant for the family. Would highly recommend and we will be returning."

"What a beautiful property! Superbly clean, super comfortable, with a sanctuary in the back yard that is secure for my rescue Jack Russell Terrier. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck just listening to the birds and relaxing. The view from the dining room and front deck can’t be beat! So close to Yachats yet secluded. Thanks to the owners for sharing your beautiful home!"
