"This was the place for nine hiker friends most of whom turned 80 or close to it this year! We had a great time talking and being together as well as hiking Amanda's Train and Cummins Creek! Yachats is a fun place for eating out and relaxing. This house was perfect with space for everyone accommodating all of our needs from early to bed folks to late night movie watchers. We had a great time! Thank you!"

The only issue was some mold in the showers and a few carpet stains but compared to the other amenities, this was able to be overlooked."
