We stayed in one of the lakeside rooms which had a beautiful view. Room was slightly cold because of this but reception did provide us with an extra heater. Lovely spa, really enjoyed the sauna and pool. Very nice breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean room with attention to details. Coffee machine was a treat and there was a milk bottle in the fridge sourced from a local farm which is a very nice gesture.

Portland Apartments
The whole experience was one of great things from the booking to arrival to the stay. Extremely comfortable with everything you would need and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Parking is a bonus in Cheltenham.
