We enjoyed our stay. Everthing was provided. The property was clean and in a great location. Shops and restaurants 10 to 15 minute walk and the beach even closer. Great stay.

Couldn’t fault it!!
We had a wonderful two night stay in this home from home. Beautifully light fresh and clean with a very easy five minute walk to the beach. We would love to come again. A big thank you for a very special break and the thoughtful extras left in the fridge made us feel quite spoilt.

Wonderful little gem
What a fabulous seaside getaway! Incredible location and wonderful property where we felt so at home in a welcoming warm space. Jennifer was wonderful and looked after us so well with lovely little extra touches. Would highly recommend!

Lovely stay in Rustington
Seair is a lovely house. It was perfect for 5 of us. Jenny had thought carefully and everything you might need during your stay was there. The house is in a lovely quiet area and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to the shops and cafés. I would recommend the property and would stay there again.

We arrived at the house and had a slight hiccup with accessing the keys ( my fault) within 2 minutes of calling we were in the house. The rooms were very clean and tidy and perfect for our stay. The location was ideal for us as it is situated 5 minutes walk to a quiet beach, and a 5 minutes drive to the local shops.

A cozy little place very near the beach. Easy check in and check out. A well equipped kitchen and a pleasant quiet neighborhood. Having a dedicated parking spot is also very nice, considering that parking only gets more difficult the closer you are to the beach (did I mention that this place is very near the beach?).

We landed at Jenny’s place for a short few days break. Great near the sea and a comfortable house. A silent place and with many birds around. Our two kids loved it. Very good value and kind hospitality.

One of the best i've been in
The first thing about Jennifer's property is how clean it is. Everything even smells great. The house has EVERYTHING and even more. Communication with Jennifer is easy and immidiate and take care of any need. Definitely going back.

Beautiful location with sea view from bedroom. Easy reach for day to all different places.
Lovely spacious house and very cosy but could do with changing settee and chairs for more cosy ones. Lovely cake left for us on arrival. Thank you very much for a lovely week there.

We needed somewhere to base ourselves whilst our house purchase went through. Seair was the perfect Home-from-home. Providing us with all that we needed for our stay, warm, comfy and fully supplied for home living. Also wonderfully located close to the beach and shops. Loved the village community in Rustington that is only a couple of minutes drive away from the house.

West Sussex holiday
We as a family enjoyed our stay in Rustington there is so much to do in the surrounding area, lots of lovely restaurants The house was very clean and very well equipped, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for showers. It was a 2 min walk to the sea, easy 10 minutes walk into town. There was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived. Communication with Jenny the owner was excellent. My husband couldn’t come with us due to him having an operation which meant we couldn’t stay for all our booked days Jenny was so understanding. Would definitely book the house again.

House very clean. A handy base for a few nights stay with the dog. Nice dog walking beach at Rustington and West Beach at Littlehampton. Lovely park nearby. Obviously would have to travel to other places of interest if you were staying longer.

a great location walking distance from Littlehampton and Climping which was what I was after! I usually prefer a character cottage so this area and accommodation falls short of that but it suited us fine, all mod cons, good space.

Excellent holiday let in great condition and very clean. Superbly furnished with everything needed to make it a very comfortable stay. Very generous food and drink welcome gifts. Borrowed two bikes, both in excellent repair and ideal for an easy ride to Littlehampton. Some lovely food options nearby - La Cucina / Gravyboat / Fish Factory / Micks Chips

Great place by the sea
We had a very pleasant stay with my partner at Rustington. The place was easy to find, the property manager communicate with us every step of the way and the place was super nice and confortable. The small garden was perfect for a BBQ and the proximity to the sea was great. There's lots of things to do around the property and to help you decide, there's a binder in the house and dozens of flyers for the places to visit around or to eat at. Great place that I recommand!

The location of this house is excellent for family holidays and the decor, interior and garden lovely. It was sad that previous tennants had left some stains but the owner informed us immediately and took action to repair their damage. Overall a lovely house and we had a great holiday. Certianly would go again. Thank you.

Great house for family and dog
Enjoyed staying at the house. It was quite well equipped and comfortable, especially the bed. Secure back garden for children and dog. Friendly neighbours. Two minutes walk to the beach. Five minutes walk to Rustington High Street and the shops. Perfect place for us to stay to meet up with our young family who live in Rustington. Will definitely stay there again if available.

"Everything at your fingertips"
Lovely, very clean, light, modern and comfortable holiday home. Cosy in cold weather with all possible facilities. Lawns to front and rear south-facing garden with garden chairs and table - a veritable sun-trap. Quiet location but only 3 mins. walk from seafront and 10 minutes from comprehensive shopping facilities. BBQ facilities and bikes also on site. We had a great stay and would certainly come again and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Perfect place for a traditional seaside holiday, lovely safe beach for the children.
Property 5 minutes walk from the beach and other activities within walking/biking distance. Helped we had fantastic weather. Was a mix up about the key on arrival so would be great to have had a contact number (only had email) luckily the neighbour was able to help.

The property was clean and warm and had all the facilities you would expect. The beach is in walking distance as we're the local shops. A car is needed if you want to goto the main town on a regular basis. The Little extras left to greet us (milk and coffee etc) we're very thoughtful, thank you.

This is a very good holiday let with everything you might need. This was spotlessly clean and in a really good location for getting about the Sussex coast. You can see the see from the bedroom window. There is an allocated parking place and the facilities are everything you might need for a self catering holiday. They even left us a pint of milk etc which was very thoughtful and appreciated. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely walks on the beach nearby
Pleasant accommodation which was clean and had everything you could need for a family holiday. So close to a beautiful beach and a short drive to lovely shops in the village of Rustington as well as other well known locations such as Worthing and Littlehampton. Almost everything was provided, but would strongly suggest providing more comfortable seating in the lounge and a small freezer in the kitchen to make things that bit better!

Sorry you didn't like the Ercol sofa. I have lots of positive feed back about it from other guests, with it giving back support and having a head rest. I guess sofa's are down to personal preferences. The fridge has a small ice box so a few frozen goods can be stored.

We enjoyed staying here very much. The kitchen is well equipped, although it would be nice to have a separate freezer. It all feels light and airy and is very clean. We found it very quiet and peaceful but very convenient for walking and getting out and about. Hope to come again. Just to mention that it would be better to have double size quilts on the single beds, singles ok for children, not so much for adults.

Great location, great house with everything you need and close to everything you need. Loved it.
We had a great stay in a wonderful house with everything you need, a real home from home. Close to the sea only 2 min walk. Close to everything you need, great cycling on the tandom and other cycles taking in the fresh sea air. A good nights sleep was had by all. The area is so quiet which helps for a nice long lye in if needed.

The pictures really don't do the cottage justice. It's clean, bright and very well furnished with everything one needs. The beds are comfortable and Jenny was always accessible to take care of any need. We were surely stay there again.

This is a very good property at a very good price. The owners are hands on and available if required. The location is a short walk from the sea and close to both Worthing and Littlehampton. We will be staying here again hopefully.
